This ultimately resulted in us building the Tenant Toolbox, a resource to be hosted on BHIP’s website which consolidates the most crucial information on housing conditions in NYC, particularly in the context of a rapidly gentrifying neighborhood. While my cohort and I collaborated on the toolkit as a whole, we also had individual sections for which we were each responsible. While my cohort and I collaborated on the toolkit as a whole, we also had particular sections which we each focused on. I worked specifically on the following sections: Historical Context, Ethnic & Racial Composition, Educational Attainment, Responses from Radical Listening Exercise, and mapping efforts throughout the
